To Participate, Non-profits Must:

1. 1.Intend to take ownership of a solar electric system.  Though the term of the power purchase agreement is only 12 - 15 years, the equipment is designed to last 30 years or more.  These financial arrangements are intended to deliver financial benefits for both the system owner and for the non-profit ‘host’.
   

2. 2.Have at least 7,000 square feet of shade free area where they can site their solar array.
   

3. 3.Commit to purchase ALL of the electricity that will be generated by the system for the term of the Power Purchase Agreement.
   

The goal of this program is to absolutely minimize the cost of bringing solar electricity to the non-profit institutions in NE Ohio.
